No. We only send essential emails related to your account, security, and activity on the platform, such as password reset, email verification, or important notifications.
A verified profile has passed the verification checks available on the platform to help confirm the authenticity of the profile and photos. It is not an absolute guarantee, but it is an important trust signal.
You can report a profile directly from the profile page. Reports are reviewed by our team and may lead to reduced visibility, re-verification, or suspension of the profile.
Reported photos are manually reviewed. If they break the rules or appear inaccurate, they may be removed, and the profile may be penalized, re-verified, or blocked.
The provider can accept or decline a request until it expires. Usually, a request expires within a maximum of 6 hours, but it may expire sooner if the scheduled time is closer.
After the scheduled time, the meeting can be confirmed for 7 days. A report for a meeting can be submitted within 7 days, and a review can be left within 14 days. Suspicious profiles can be reported anytime from the profile page.
Yes, but only through explicit actions and with a clear warning. Off-platform communication is at your own risk, and for safety we recommend keeping the conversation inside the platform whenever possible.
Yes, you can delete your account from Settings. Your data will be handled according to our privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.
